RemoteFull-time$75,000 to $95,000 a year

Overview

Once a company partners with The Kenswick Partners, the Client Relationship Manager keeps that relationship strong. You are the steady point of contact for each partner, and you handle every reader introduction from request to answer so that readers and partners both feel looked after.

This role suits people who have managed a group of client accounts and know that trust is built in the follow-up. Account managers, relationship bankers, and client service leaders tend to do very well.

  • Handle reader introductions end to end, confirming details and consent before anything is shared
  • Follow up with readers and partners until each introduction has a clear answer
  • Spot problems early, such as a slow partner or an unhappy reader, and resolve them
  • Keep partner records, notes, and results current and accurate
  • Share what partners and readers are asking for with the editor and the account team
  • Report monthly on partner health, introductions made, and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Four or more years in account management, client relationship management, or client service leadership
  • Experience managing accounts for business or professional clients is a strong plus
  • A calm, professional phone manner and clear writing
  • Strong organization across many relationships at once
  • Sound judgment with personal and confidential information
  • Comfort with a CRM, shared documents, and video calls
  • A home office where you can take calls without interruption, with dependable internet
  • Eligible to work in the United States

What's Offered

  • Full-time work from home
  • Training on the journal, its partners, and how introductions work
  • Direct work with the editor and the account team
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
