Overview
Readers come to The Kenswick Partners at a turning point: thinking about leaving a job, starting over in a new field, or weighing an offer in a new industry. The Career Advisor talks with those readers one on one. You listen, ask good questions, explain how the work and the pay really function, and help each person decide on a sensible next step.
Professionals from sales leadership, client management, coaching, and human resources tend to thrive here. The work rewards people who are good at conversations about goals and money and who are honest when something is not a fit.
What You'll Do
- Hold scheduled one-on-one video and phone sessions with readers who ask for one
- Help each reader think through their goals, timeline, and finances before a change
- Explain plainly how the careers readers ask about work, including any licensing and how pay is earned
- Introduce interested readers to partner companies, with their consent and a clear note on what happens next
- Follow up after each session and keep careful, accurate notes
- Share the questions readers struggle with so the desk can answer them in print
- Report monthly on sessions held and outcomes

- Organized habits and dependable follow-through across many conversations

- A home office where you can take calls without interruption, with dependable internet
